I created this questionnaire for bodybuilding competitors as a starting point for reflecting on your post-show experiences to identify any challenges you may be experiencing and areas where support may be needed.
This can also be used for a conversation with your coach, and to help you recognise whether mental health support may be necessary.
It is a self-report questionnaire that requires you to indicate whether you experienced a particular challenge post-show by ticking a box. It covers 5 key areas:
- Physical and emotional recovery
- Body-image & self-perception
- Mental well-being
- Eating habits & nutrition
- Social & lifestyle factors
