For bodybuilding competitors who are serious about their mental game, not just their physique…
Master the bodybuilding mindset, maintain mental wellness from prep to post-show, and gain a mental edge for every phase of the journey!
Are you an aspiring bodybuilding competitor who’s put competing off till they’re ready to commit to a prep?
Perhaps you competed before, but found it difficult to maintain your drive and focus with other demands in your life, and ended up resentful of the process, struggling with post-show blues or an unhealthy food relationship…
If competing in bodybuilding is a goal you’re passionate in pursuing, then learning how to work with your mind – not against it – is a critical part of this journey and I’d love to help you feel your best when pushing the limits of your physique.
Introducing…
Your go-to resource to strengthen the mental muscle required to compete well, recover better, and keep showing up without losing who you are in the process.
This isn’t another ‘mindset’ course or a surface-level pep talk about grinding harder or “toughening up”…
This is a powerful and practical companion built by a Clinical Psychologist who competes.
I created this Toolkit to help you build the mental resilience, emotional awareness, and gain practical skills to support your mindset – from the moment you decide to prep, right through to the season after the stage.

Sleep isn’t a luxury in prep — it’s one of your most powerful recovery tools. Quality rest supports muscle repair, hormone balance, mood stability, and mental clarity.

That’s why I created this track: a natural, drug-free way to:
Whether you’re weeks out or adjusting post-show, this tool helps you recharge so you can train, think, and feel at your best.

Thrive through every phase of your competitive bodybuilding journey
I’m Dr Efi, a clinical psychologist and amateur bodybuilding bikini competitor.
I started bodybuilding in late 2020 and competed in my first show in 2021. It’s been absolutely life changing for me and I love it!
Having been on my own bodybuilding journey and competing in it, I know what it’s like to push your body and mind to achieve a goal not many can understand, and to do so while having other demands and priorities in your life.
I am here to show you how when you connect what really matters to you deep within, to your competing goal, it becomes non-negotiable and the journey to the stage is more empowering and fulfilling.
I am obsessed with the interplay between the mind and body and how you can achieve incredible changes in your strength and physique accessing the powerful potential of your mind.
I’m so excited to support you in reaching the stage in a way that feels mentally strong, enjoyable, and rewarding, and to help you create a healthy, positive relationship with your body, food, and yourself once the show is over, as well as skills for life.
Absolutely!
This Mindkit will help you get clarity on why it’s important for you to compete so that you can maintain that focus when your prep begins.
If you haven’t already, make sure you signed up to get my free “Mental Prep Checklist” here.
For sure!
I am not a bodybuilding coach or nutritionist. Your bodybuilding coach can help keep you accountable but they can’t teach you mindset tools or provide guidance for mental health.
My sole focus is in utilising the power of your mind and psychological tools to help you get through your prep journey in a mentally healthy and fulfilling way, and in turn, bring out your best to the stage, and to then help you navigate the post show phase with valuable insights and tools to support your wellbeing.
No, this is applicable to all competitors of any gender or bodybuilding division.
There are 3 masterclasses in total and each one is 35-45 minutes. Each of the 5 bite-sized videos are up to 5 minutes each. As it is self-paced, you don’t have to listen to all of them in one go and can revisit them as needed.
The strategies provided are practical and can be easily integrated into your daily routine. You will however need to prioritise these and put time aside (10-20 minutes) for reflection and when completing the worksheets.
The beauty of what you’ll learn here is that these will be useful skills for life beyond the stage.
This mindkit is not a substitute for therapy or professional treatment for eating disorders or mental health conditions. While it provides tools to support mental wellbeing, if you’re struggling with these issues, I strongly encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional.
